Shaw Industries is the world’s largest carpet manufacturer. One Shaw plant experienced increased engagement issues, with one shift significantly underperforming. Skill development and retention were declining, while absenteeism was rising. The shift manager attended an InsideOut Coaching workshop and implement InsideOut best practices.

“InsideOut Coaching helped my team know what to pay attention to. We removed our interference and put the focus back on safety, teamwork, working relationships, and communication. This sparked a newly found energy which reduced absenteeism and increased morale.”
